In short: We have taken Booth 1H16 at ISEE Delhi 2026, running 3–5 December at Yashobhoomi IICC, Dwarka. This is four months away and we are writing about it now on purpose. Here is which elevator exhibitions matter in India, why a software company pays for floor space at one, and how to book time with us while the diary is still open.

Which elevator exhibitions are happening in India in 2026?
The Indian lift industry runs on a small number of genuinely useful shows, and the calendar shifts more than people expect.
ISEE Delhi 2026: 3–5 December 2026, Yashobhoomi IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi. The big one this year, and the reason we are writing this in August rather than November.
Elevator Escalator Expo, Gandhinagar: 17–19 March 2027, Mahatma Mandir, Gujarat. Strong regional draw, particularly for western India manufacturers and component suppliers.
The Elevator Show Dubai: 23–25 March 2027, Dubai World Trade Centre, Trade Centre Arena. Not India, but the show most Indian lift companies with Gulf ambitions should be watching. Note that this one moved. It was originally scheduled for September 2026 and was pushed to March 2027 and into a larger hall, so if you have an old date in your diary, correct it. The show's own homepage was still showing the superseded September dates when we checked, so use the visitor information page rather than the front page.
One to check carefully before you book travel: GLE Expo Africa in Johannesburg has no announced next edition. The organiser's Africa page is offline, and Virgo Communications' current published schedule does not include an African edition. Aggregator listings still showing 2025 or 2026 dates appear to be unmaintained. We are not saying the show is cancelled, because the organiser has not said so. We are saying there is nothing to book against.
Why does a software company pay for a booth at a lift exhibition?
Honest answer: because of an objection we cannot argue our way out of.
Every elevator company owner we meet is asking some version of the same question in the first ten minutes. Are these people serious about elevators, or are they generic software people who found a niche?
It is a fair question. The industry has been burned by it. Plenty of platforms have arrived promising to fix elevator operations, discovered that AMC renewals and technician routing and spare-part kits are genuinely difficult, and quietly moved on to an easier vertical.
You cannot answer that objection with a case study. Case studies are what a vendor produces. What you can do is show up, year after year, at the exhibition your buyer attends. Pay for the floor space, bring the team, stand there for three days and answer questions.
That is not marketing. It is evidence. "We'll be at ISEE Delhi, Booth 1H16" settles the industry-understanding question in eight words, before anybody has to ask it.
We exhibit because the elevator industry decides who to trust in person, and we would rather be judged in person than in a brochure.
What we're bringing to Booth 1H16 ?
The short version: we are bringing the actual product, running on real operational data, not a slide deck.
If you run an elevator company, brochures are not what make a trade show worth the airfare. What does is fifteen minutes with someone who can answer an operational question you have been carrying around for a year. Things like: how would this handle a customer with eleven buildings on different renewal cycles? What happens when a technician has no signal in a basement machine room? Can I see margin per unit, not just revenue?
Those are the conversations we are set up for. Bring your hardest question.
Should you attend ISEE Delhi?
If you run or manage an elevator company in India, yes, and not primarily for the vendors.
The value of ISEE is the floor. It is three days in a building containing most of the people who solve the same problems you solve, and who will tell you honestly what worked. That conversation is worth more than any exhibitor's demo, ours included.
Two things to plan for. Book accommodation early, because Dwarka fills up when Yashobhoomi has a major show. And go with a list of specific questions rather than an intention to browse, because the floor is large and three days disappears quickly.
