Yes. The adopted edition varies by province. ElevatorPlus sets the applicable edition per unit, not per company, so a contractor working across provinces keeps each unit's records against the code its own regulator actually enforces.

The interface is available in English. We focus on Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta, where most Canadian elevator contractors operate, and we do not offer a French-language interface today. If you operate in Quebec, raise it on the call and we will be straight with you about where that sits.
Yes. MCP entries, test records, photos and signatures are all captured offline in the machine room or pit, and sync once the device reconnects. This matters more in Canada than most markets, because the MCP has to be current and viewable on site, which is exactly where coverage fails.
